I lost about 2 lbs since the last visit. I did not go out for lunch that often only about 2 to 3 days per week. I ate t 2 bowls of vegetable per dinner, oat mills or peanut butter bread for breakfast on weekdays. Sandwiches for lunch at least 2 days per week. Sometimes 1 cup of milk in the afternoon. No more sugar drinks and food.
